The Far Edge of Fate Released

March saw the release of the latest patch for Final Fantasy XIV, patch 3.56, titled ‘The Far Edge of Fate‘. This brought the epic Heavensward scenario to a close, adding lots of extra playable content and items, as well as removing and fixing several known issues.

Along with adding the quest ‘The Obvious Solution’, one of the major additions to FFXIV in ‘The Far Edge of Fate’ is the removal of restrictions on facing Alexander the Creator (Savage). There is no longer a weekly restriction on entering the area of Alexander the Creator (Savage), and players may now proceed to any area of Alexander the Creator (Savage)’s area.

Thieves Guild One Year Anniversary

This was a typically eventful month in The Elder Scrolls Online. Starting and ending with celebrations, it was a festive month full of classic Elder Scrolls adventure.

At the start of the month there was the one year anniversary of the launch of the Thieves Guild. This was a special event set up by the Thieves Guild of Hew’s Bane. Not only could players receive double items from Crafting Nodes in Hew’s Bane, they could also get double rewards for killing World Bosses there too.

Home Decoration Contest

In the middle of the month was the first ESO home decoration contest. There were four different categories to enter player homse into, including the best duelling arena, the best party house, and an award for the home filled with the most stuff.

MU Legend Global Open Beta Slated for Summer 2017

MU Legend Global Open Beta

Webzen has sent word that the global open beta for MU Legend is expected to kick off this summer. In the intervening months, the team will be working on localization, trading NPCs, 3v3 PvP and fine tuning the game for open beta.

MU Legend’s global OBT will be available in six languages: German, French, Polish, Spanish, Brazilian-Portuguese and English. This will be the first time a MU game will be available in multiple languages at launch.

Albion Online Release Date Announced

Sandbox Interactive GmbH is ready to unleash Albion Online to the world on July 17, 2017. After a terrific series of beta events that saw over 200,000 players take part, the time has come for final release. From now on, players can start writing Albion Online’s history, as the servers will no longer be wiped.

Upon launch Albion will be available on Windows, OSX and Linux. Full Android and iOS Support will be available after official release.

Those who are interested by this sandbox MMORPG can choose between three founder packs available: Veteran ($29.95), Epic ($49.95) and Legendary ($99.95).
